A dedicated Senior Network Engineer comes to your office at regularly scheduled intervals (determined by you) and checks to ensure everything is running as expected. We work with you to create a service checklist customized to your situation (check server/workstation health, log files, virus updates, data backup, firewalls, driver updates, software upgrades, security patches, etc.) We review the check list, check all your systems, fix potential problems and you are back at work, trouble free.
We also offer Remote Maintenance, Support, and Remote Network Monitoring. These services allow us to continuously run remote checks on the critical computers at your office and receive notifications on your systems' status and performance. As needed, we can log in to your system and run diagnostics or repairs remotely, from our office or other locations, saving you time and money by speeding response times and eliminating office visits.
